I... actually don't. I agree with the Yankees 100% here. I'd like to claim that I'd still feel that way even if I were Catholic, though of course it's impossible to know for sure.

Seriously, though, it's a bit of a contrivoversy. Security at the stadium is going to be tighter than a fat monsignor's cassock, and Benedict is spry enough at his age that a small walk to the altar shouldn't be too problematic (he said, fully expecting something ironic to happen on Sunday).
