When Bart fails to keeps an eye on Maggie and puts her life in danger, Homer finally puts his foot down on Bart's mischief by passing the ultimate punishment: Bart can never see The Itchy and Scratchy Movie. (originally in Pool 23)
Now that I've seen "PTA Disbands" on the Season 6 DVD, "22 Short Films..." is reputedly by far the best Simpsons episode among those I still have yet to see. Apparently it isn't even close. I hate having an "NR" at this elite stage but there's nothing else I can do. Season 7 can't come soon enough.
The order of the other three seems obvious to me; your mileage may vary. Side note: in an upset, I'll claim that "You have chosen a three wood. May I suggest a putter?" is only the third-best quote/exchange from those three episodes, behind {"Your manager says for you to shut up!" "Vera said that?!"} and {"Earl Warren wasn't a stripper!" "Now who's being naive?"}

2. Itchy & Scratchy: The Movie: My favorite quotes are "Poison Pizza," the "Crooked Home on 60 Minutes" and "Mmm...Soylent Green" (though, of course, it's only the second-best Soylent Green reference in the Simpsons 'verse)
3. Marge Be Not Proud
4. 22 Short Films (Favorite Moments: 1. The answer is Fries. 2. The Frink song 3. "largest automobile I can afford" 4. Cletus). The rest of it is meh.
I've been out of town, hence the late comment. I'll go with:
1. 22 Short Films
2. Marge Be Not Proud
3. $printfield
NR. Itchy & Scratchy
