Numbers...
(Since we're down to these six, no need for a random draw, I'll just present them in ascending order.)
10: 7G10 (SI-110 / S01E10) Homer's Night Out
Using his new mail-order spy camera, Bart catches Homer dancing with a strip dancer at a stag party.
13: 7G01 (SI-101 / S01E13) Some Enchanted Evening
When Marge calls a radio shrink and tells that their marriage is failing, Homer takes Marge out to a nice dinner and a night at the Offramp Inn. However, the sitter they hired was featured that night on America's Most Armed and Dangerous. Guest starring Penny Marshall.
81: 9F19 (SI-419 / S04E22) Krusty Gets Kancelled
When the Gabbo show causes Krusty to get cancelled, Krusty quickly hits the skids. However, Lisa and Bart vow to help Krusty out by organizing a comeback special. Guest stars Bette Midler, Elizabeth Taylor, Hugh Hefner, Johnny Carson, Luke Perry and Red Hot Chili Peppers.
127: 2F22 (SI-622 / S06E24) Lemon of Troy

Marge, with a little help from Patty, Selma, and Jack (Daniels), E-mails Artie Ziff, who offers $1,000,000 for a weekend ("no funny business") alone with her - money they could use for an operation to make Homer stop snoring. Jon Lovitz reprises his role as Artie Ziff.

While trying to avoid an inoculation at Dr. Hibbert's office, Bart's wriggling causes a side-effect and he suffers a temporary loss of hearing, [...]
My first impressions:
Well, not exactly "first" impressions. We get both of those late Season 1 episodes that are pretty good but easily forgotten. We tap Season 4 with a solid top seed (at least in my opinion) and Season 6 with kind of a dud.
I don't think I've seen either "Proposal" or "Banner" but the latter sounds terrible. Interesting question whether either of them are better than any of the other four. Also tough call between the two S1's.
Preliminary rankings:
1. Krusty Gets Kancelled
2. Some Enchanted Evening
3. Homer's Night Out
4. Lemon of Troy
NR. Half-Decent Proposal
NR. Bart-Mangled Banner
1. Krusty Gets Kancelled
2. Lemon of Troy
3. Some Enchanted Evening
4. Homer's Night Out
NR. Half-Decent Proposal
NR. Bart-Mangled Banner
1. Lemon of Troy -- This is a classic! "We've squozen our whole supply!" The bit where Bart tries to blast off with the spray cans? "No one has ever had an idea *this* clever!" "Look, someone's attractive cousin!" "Who will come and live a life devoted to chastity, abstinence, and a flavorless mush I call root-marm?" "Yay! Team Discovery Channel!" I could go on, but, well, you get the point.
2. Krusty Gets Cancelled -- Also a classic, but I would rank the lemons above it.
3. Homer's Night Out
4. Some Enchanted Evening -- This has not aged well.
5. Bart-Mangled Banner -- OK, I guess.
6. Half-Decent Proposal -- Ugh, another flavorless Ziff episode.
1. Krusty -- cameos from Johnny Carson, La Liz and Hef! I can imitate Vin Scully! The Chili Peppers at Moe's! It's got it all.
2. Lemon -- could have been #1 in a weaker bracket. Look, someone's attractive cousin!
3. Homer's Night Out -- never realized how much of a red-light district Springfield had before watching this episode. :) A little derivative, but a fun episode.
4. Half-Decent Proposal -- the episode had its moments (have to love the tip of the hat to the last *MASH* episode), but the last eight or so minutes were pretty lame.
5. Evening -- to be honest, I didn't care much for this episode. A little too dark and disturbing for my tastes.
XX. Bart-Mangled Banner -- never saw it.

1. Lemon of Troy - Good but I wouldn't leave it very high in the end.
2. Krusty Gets Kancelled - "Thirty-five years in television and already nobody remembers me. Just like what's-his-face." This is season 4? It feels earlier.
3. Some Enchanted Evening
4. Homer's Night Out
5. Bart-Mangled Banner - Yeah, this one was pretty terrible.
NR. Half-Decent Proposal
