How Audacious Are You About Food?

I remember cringing at a West Coast post-tournament dinner when players brought Fat Slice pizza boxes from across the street into the Indian place to sit at the table where the rest of us had our curry.

This should blow that out of the water, and yet given the guy's explanation I honestly can't blame him. Well, maybe I can blame him for going back into the gala event with all that food, but still.

What I like is how they identify Massow as "flamboyant" when there's a three-letter word that's much more economical and carries no risk of lawsuit as far as Massow is concerned. He was Britain's most prominent gay conservative until Michael Portillo was outed.

Bleh, I was wrong to second-guess the word choice. I thought he was personally conservative, but he actually is flamboyant.

I like how the event planner seems to think that if you didn't pay your own way you should take whatever you're given, even if it's nothing. I'll assume that's not representative of British hospitality.
